Refund Policy
Premium subscription. Premium renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium through then. Because the exact charge time can be a little hard to pin down, we suggest canceling a couple of days before your renewal date just to be safe, but there’s no penalty for canceling closer to it. We don’t issue refunds for partial billing periods.
One-time purchases. Boop top-ups and extra cat-profile slots are one-time purchases. They are final and non-refundable once the charge is approved.
Donations. Donations to featured rescues are voluntary gifts and are final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@purrfectmatch.app before opening a chargeback — we’ll do our best to make it right. These terms are part of our Terms of Service.
Boops are a renewable allowance, not unlimited. Free accounts start with 8 and buy more as needed; Premium refills to 13 each month. Founding and Charter members keep 3 cat profiles even if they drop to Free. Premium renews automatically until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We suggest canceling a couple of days before your renewal date just to be safe.
